I have been practising yoga for the last five years in London, Singapore and Bali and specialise in classic Hatha yoga, which is relaxing and de-stressing. Hatha refers to any practice that combines poses, or asanas, with breathing techniques, or pranayamas. The goal is to develop your flexibility and balance and to integrate breath into every movement, so it is generally relaxing and restorative. I believe that everyone has its own needs and abilities so I would adapt my class to what your body can do and your flow. Equipment to rent
We will go through a sequence of sun salutations, a flowing series of lunging, bending, and stretching asanas. Expect to do standing and seated poses that develop strength, flexibility, and balance, at your own pace.
