If October on the North Shore is any indicator for the rest of the winter, it’s safe to assume the rest of the season will be firing. Fingers crossed.
The footage emerging from notorious North Shore surf spots like Pipeline and Rocky Point this month has been nothing short of epic.
A few days ago, Nathan Florence released footage of Pipeline in all of its glory. Before that, he and John John braved “huge and unruly” Pipe as lifeguards saved people from giant surf all over the North Shore.
In the latest edit from Ho & Pringle Productions, the Ho Family is the latest in blood-related rippers to share their early season footage.
Ho & Pringle captioned the video above:
“Mason Ho arrives home from France and gets straight into some early season North Shore waves. Hitting some of his favorite surf spots with family and friends.”
The edit is almost 15 minutes of Mason, Coco, and their dad, Michael, just shredding their home breaks on the North Shore together.
There’s no dialogue, just music and surfing for your enjoyment.
Press play above for some good old-fashioned family time, Ho style.
As usual, viewers were stoked on the edit. Check out the comments below:
“Great to see you back home.”
“Those floaters are boss level bru.”
“Uncle Mike still got it. Ripping like the kids. Always enjoy watching the Hos and their crew surf.”
“Killer version of Take a Walk on the Wild Side, killer everything.”
“Sessions with the HO Family! Perfect way to start my day from Venice Beach California. Peace. Coco looking better than ever. Ripping.”
