He’s asking people to guess which beach he’s at.
Imagine this: it’s a brand new day, you and your best mates bail out of the car, grab your gear, head to the shore, and the absolute most perfect waves greet you at a nearly empty beach.
One group of surfers caught this exact scenario on camera. Their reaction is nothing short of pure bliss and probably the most wholesome thing you’ll see all day. Click play below to see @luisperloiro and his friends have a ball while catching breaks at this mystery beach.

After Perloiro posted the clip, his sleuth-like followers began theorizing where they thought he was catching these breaks. “Fuerteventura?” asked @paulinhabemvindo, mentioning the second largest of Spain’s Canary Islands, known as a primo spot for surfing, windsurfing, and waterskiing.
Another user, @gui_caetano_, seemed to believe the shot also occurred somewhere in the Canary Islands, writing, “Canarias,” which is Spanish for “Canary Island.” Another user, @nuness____, commented that they thought Supertubo could be a contender— which makes sense considering Perloiro has revealed in the past that it’s his favorite wave to surf when he’s back in Portugal.
Perloiro, who hails from Lisbon, Portugal, began surfing at 11 and has since worked up the ranks. Today, he’s part of the World Surf League and has clinched deals with major powerhouses such as Billabong, Polen, Ericeira Surf & Skate, and Sumol.
Regardless of where the clip was shot, it’s obvious he had a grand time that day. It seemed like he was transported back in time to his child-like self as he had nothing but sheer excitement on his face as he rode on the dream-like swell.
